Pamela Keller leads the account and new business teams, driving strategic growth, market expansion, and client relationship management. As Head of Partnerships, and a member of driasi’s Executive Leadership Team, Pamela is responsible for fostering high-value collaborations and ensuring long-term client success through alignment, trust, and strategic execution. With a proven track record of driving business growth, executing high-impact initiatives, and strengthening key partnerships, Pamela specializes in financial services, insurance, reinsurance, and breach remediation. Pamela is committed to seamless client onboarding, optimizing team performance, and delivering sustainable, long-term value for driasi and its partners. She has been with driasi since 2009 and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from York University.

Melissa Schlinger leads Human Resources, Training and Development, Quality Assurance, and Compliance across driasi's U.S., Canadian, and U.K. operations. Since joining driasi in 2018, she has overseen talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations and workforce development, ensuring a strong, engaged, and well-supported team culture and organization. As Head of Compliance, Licensing & Complaint Resolution Management, Melissa and her teams drive regulatory compliance through operational integrity, quality and excellence.

With over 15 years of HR leadership across diverse industries, Melissa holds a Master’s in Management with a concentration in Human Resources and is PHR and SHRM-CP certified.
